At the end of the program, the student will be able to conduct competently, as prosecutor of prosecution or defense, criminal and penal cases involving various offenses, at various stages of the proceedings: acting strategically at the various stages of the procedure of the different files; by taking advantage of the admissible evidence; identifying solutions that are in the best interests of the client (defense) or the company (prosecution); acting as an adviser to the client (defense); arguing the most convincing arguments (both in form and substance); negotiating with the other party the progress of the file; adjusting its practice to reflect legislative changes, developments in case law and rules applicable in other legal systems or other areas of law; by demonstrating its ability to critically analyze.
