Successful completion of the Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE) or its 

equivalent, such as an interstate or international Year 12 qualification OR completion or partial completion of an approved tertiary qualification (including Certificates, Diplomas, Advanced Diplomas, Associate Degrees and Degrees).
