(1) a Bachelor of Engineering or a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) degree* (minimum four years of full time study) in an approved cognate field, OR
(2) a Graduate Certificate or Graduate Diploma of Engineering degree in an approved cognate field following on from a four-year Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) degree, OR
(3) a qualification deemed to be equivalent to any of the above
