The key elements in this case are technologies for virtualizing network resources and functions. Free distributed software is widely used in these technologies. These technologies provide a significant simplification of the procedures for managing network infrastructures, digital transformation and the transition to mobile business processes, reduce the cost for creating and operating infocommunication systems.
