In recent years, in the world, communication and broadcasting facilities in the world, based on the transmission and processing of audiovisual information, have been rapidly.developing/ These are new technologies of digital television and sound broadcasting - digital broadcast television, and Internet broadcasting systems and services, video conferencing platform systems. The television security system has also gone through a growth phase, and now there is a tendency to create more complex image processing - video analytics, so that many objects can be monitored by a limited number of operators. The creation of vehicles for space survey of  the Earth's surface and the subsequent processing of this information is also a task whose importance is hard to be overestimated. It is relevant the development and support of cloud services processing and storing audiovisual content, where automatic processing is also needed, not only preventing the placement of materials that do not comply with resource rules, but also providing convenient search tools in the future, giving simple and accurate recommendations to the user.
