The Food Engineering program of the University of La Salle belongs to the Faculty of Engineering and has been in operation for more than 30 years, a program that has the High Quality accreditation of the MEN, and develops teaching, research and extension activities, with the purpose of training integral food engineers, appreciated by the external sector, for their academic training and professional development based on Lasallian values; since 2019 it has been operating with headquarters in Bogotá and in the municipality of Mosquera and in different contexts and the agro-industrial sector in alliance with companies and institutions from the public and private sectors.
