The Bachelor of Interior Design program focuses on the design of the internal environment of buildings through studying the social and cultural needs of the user and the building’s function, whether residential or multi-use, with relation to the building’s architecture. The program of interior design is dedicated to preparing creative interior designers through high-quality education, creative and scientific research, community partnerships and services with an emphasis on socio-cultural sensitivity. A variety of career opportunities are available for interior design graduates, including: interior design engineers for both proposed buildings or re-use of old buildings, graduates are also qualified to work in leading positions in project management. Scientific research and continuing an academic life in graduate school are other opportunities.
