The Bachelor of Anesthesia Technology program is aimed at training students to prepare them as qualified physician assistants to be able to meticulously assist the concerned specialist in handing the simple as well as advanced clinical and surgical procedures. The anesthesia technology program prepares students to use the anesthesia tools, materials, and equipment to provide safe and efficient care to the patients before, during, and after the surgical operations, labor and delivery units, outpatient procedure suites, ambulatory surgery centers, and emergency rooms. The aim of this AT Program is to provide a thorough training to the candidates through formal lectures, seminars, lab. sessions and clinical training which culminate in a one-year internship that finally prepares the student for the rigors of the medical world.
