  1. Have a master's degree in education from a recognized educational institution, and his general grade at graduation is not less than very good, or its equivalent according to the standard of Sohar University.
  2. Submit a research outline.
  3. He submits an IELTS English language certificate with a grade of 4 Band or IBT TOEFL (30-31), and it should not be more than two years old.
  4. Passes the interview and aptitude test.
An applicant who holds a master's degree in educational foundations and administration or fields related to educational administration and those working in the educational field can be accepted, provided that:
  1. Fulfillment of all admission requirements except for the specialization.
  2. Practical experience of at least 4 years.
  3. Studying the following bridging (remedial) materials: advanced teaching methods in general curricula, and planning, developing and evaluating curricula.
