This program is structured to equip students with knowledge in the commercial legal aspects in Oman, GCC Countries and internationally. This knowledge helps graduates to develop their decision-making skills in corporate legal matters.  
Learning Outcomes
  1. PLO1  Defend theories, laws and concepts related to Business and Commercial Law.
  2. PLO2 Perform relevant computer applications based on tools, techniques, and skills required for decision making in different functions of Business and Commercial Law
  3. PLO3Defend ethical considerations in relation to Business and Commercial Law.
  4. PLO4 Function independently as well as in groups to perform a required task in the specialization. 
  5. PLO5 Defend business related legal problems in different functional areas and develop a solution using appropriate technology.
  6. PLO6 Evaluate numerical techniques to propose solutions for problems relating to different functional areas of Business and Commercial Law.
  7. PLO7 Communicate skillfully the advanced knowledge orally and in writing to a broad range of audiences.
  8. PLO8 Cultivate entrepreneurial skills in assessing national and international impact of business and commercial law on different industries.
