This master's degree is aimed at the training of experts in the application of the gender perspective to professional tasks, in the treatment of gender violence, and aims to prepare professions to apply the “gender” category to research in the fields of legal, human and social sciences. The general objective of the master's degree is to establish the theoretical and methodological basis necessary for identifying situations of gender inequality and indicators of gender violence. It seeks to open new paths of knowledge in research on gender relations, designing, implementing and evaluating routine actions that aim to achieve equal opportunities and treatment between men and women. It also seeks to find better ways for treating and eradicating violence in the family and eliminating social and structural violence against women.
