Master sustainability and change management

The Master of Science (MSc) in Leading Sustainable Transformations offered by emlyon business school is accessible after a Bachelor minimum. This program enables foreign or French students to acquire a high-level, specialized education aimed at the main functions of change management in companies whose scope is resolutely oriented towards sustainability and transformations at relevant scales.

This program requires a professional mission at the end of the course for a minimal duration of 4 months (internship, VIE, fixed-term contract or permanent contract.

Environmental, societal, and technological changes are affecting the entire economy. To achieve responsible, sustainable, and profitable growth, organizations must transform. Through experiential learning and up-to-date academics, the MSc in Leading Sustainable Transformations will help you lead change management projects.  This program offers an innovative, hands-on format with on-campus seminars, visits, activities, workshops and projects, as well as leadership development.

Global changes need an interdisciplinary approach. The program is taught on emlyon’s Paris campus for the first two periods, and you will hone your intercultural skills with an international seminar and an international immersion at The London Interdisciplinary School. You will then apply your strategic knowledge and soft skills during an internship based anywhere in the world.
