Our vision for 2030 sees the Bachelor of Agribusiness program as the leading institution in North Sumatra, blending socio-technopreneurship to advance sustainable practices in the oil palm industry.
Our mission involves providing effective education, learning, and guidance to cultivate highly competitive, independent, and character-driven professionals in Agribusiness. We emphasize quality, excellence, intelligence, and competitiveness in our graduates. We foster research and innovation in oil palm plantation technologies, with a focus on social and environmental impacts. Our community engagement programs aim to empower oil palm farmers through technology transfer. We forge partnerships with oil palm industries, government bodies, and farmers to develop sustainable technologies and business practices. Upholding academic democracy, scholarly ethics, professional ethics, freedom of expression, and equality in personal development is fundamental to our academic environment. We collaborate with stakeholders locally, nationally, regionally, and internationally in the oil palm sector to advance our academic programs.
