The Legal Studies Program aims to become the premier law program in Sumatra, distinguished for its excellence, innovation, and adaptability, particularly in the field of Business Law with a socio-technopreneurship perspective and high moral competence.
The mission of the program is to deliver effective education, learning, and guidance to produce professional law graduates who are proficient in Business Law, outstanding, intelligent, highly competitive, independent, and characterized by socio-technopreneurship. The program strives to create an atmosphere conducive to research and development in Business Law, focusing particularly on Corporate Law and Contract Law. It also aims to conduct community service activities related to the legal field, foster a democratic academic environment that upholds scientific ethics, professional ethics, freedom of expression, and equality in personal development, and establish collaborations with various local, national, regional, and international partners in the legal field.
