BACHELOR IN ISLAMIC STUDIES

The Bachelor of Islamic Studies program aims to provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to qualify them to work in diverse fields that require specialized knowledge in this field, in line with Level 6 of the National Qualifications Framework. The program requires the completion of 128 credit hours, divided between university requirements (31 credit hours), college requirements (22 credit hours), and major requirements (75 credit hours). The program covers various topics in Islamic studies, such as the Holy Quran, Hadith, jurisprudence and its principles, creed, and interpretation, in addition to developing scientific research skills and critical analysis. It also includes a concentration in family guidance and reform. Furthermore, the program provides practical training opportunities to meet the requirements of the labor market. The program qualifies graduates to work in positions such as imams and preachers, teachers of Islamic studies, researchers in Islamic sciences, and Sharia advisors in various institutions, in addition to positions related to family guidance and reform.
