The Master in Islamic Studies (Fiqh and its Fundamentals) program aims to provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary for research and analysis in the fields of fiqh and its principles, qualifying them for academic and research work in this field, in line with Level 7 of the National Qualifications Framework. The program requires the completion of 42 credit hours, divided into compulsory courses totaling 21 credit hours and elective courses totaling 3 credit hours, in addition to the preparation of a thesis totaling 18 credit hours. The program covers various topics in fiqh and its fundamentals, such as the principles of fiqh, the theory of rights and obligations, fiqh rules, contemporary fiqh issues, and Islamic politics.
