VinUniversity’s Radiology Residency Program is a four-year comprehensive training program aligned with the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education International (ACGME-I) standards. It aims to cultivate proficient radiologists through rigorous education, supervision, and clinical experience.
Program objective
The training of the Radiology residency program at CHS is dedicated to residents’ learning and the achievement of competencies by:- Being a competency-, pedagogy-, and evidence-based program;
- Becomes doctors who possess good moral character.
- Diagnose and treat diseases within the Diagnostic Imaging specialty comprehensively, with a strong focus on excellent clinical skills, evidence-based practices, enthusiasm, cultural appropriateness, and achieving the highest treatment outcomes.
- Be thoroughly trained and prepared with the necessary competencies for advanced training in diagnostic and interventional imaging.
- Conduct clinical research, improve treatment quality, or engage in patient safety studies.
- Educate patients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Collaborate and work with colleagues in interdisciplinary teams, including leadership capabilities. The training program prioritizes values, aims, and principles of health care services in Vietnam, international competencies for learning and life, and a focus on community, local, national, and global health needs.

Admission Requirements
- GPA ≥7.0
- 01 positive letter of recommendation (Template)
- Compelling answers to short essay questions
- English proficiency: IELTS Score ≥ 6.5 or equivalent TOEFL (preferred). If no standardized English test scores are available, then committee will review written English in application and conversational English on Interview day.
- Admission Fee: 2.000.000 VND (Applies to candidates who are invited for IFOM Clinical Sciences exam)
- Candidates are required to submit references or letter(s) of recommendation for acceptance
- Candidates are required to submit an essay(s) for acceptance
