General requirements for candidates:

  • Have graduated with a master’s degree or a bachelor’s degree with excellent grades or higher in the discipline of Computer Science or relevant disciplines;
  • Have research experience demonstrated through the master’s thesis of a research oriented training program, or published scientific articles and reports; or have worked for 02 years (24 months) or more as lecturers or researchers of training institutions, science and technology organizations;
  • Are able to prepare a draft research outline and an expected study and research plan for the whole course;
English proficiency requirement for candidates:

  • Have an IELTS certificate of 6.5 (or equivalent) in English within two years (24 months) before the admission registration date or have a bachelor’s or master’s degree conducted in English.
