Goals and Objectives The program seeks to achieve the following objectives: *Enhancing the students’ ability to conduct in-depth legal studies and research to achieve innovative applications; *Graduating qualified cadres that are able to keep up with the latest developments and the relevant modern legislation; *Enabling students to understand the national, Arab, and international legislation in the various fields of public law; *Qualifying students to contribute in developing the national public legislation system in line with the latest political, social, and economic changes.

General Admission Requirements
  • A Bachelor degree of law or its equivalent approved by the UAE Ministry of Education with a minimum (GPA) of (3 out of 4), or its equivalent on the Bachelor level.
  • Obtain Arabic language proficiency certificate (EMSAT) with a score not less than (1250).
  • A valid English Language Proficiency Certificate in one of the below certificates or its equivalent, at least as the following:
EmSAT TOEFL ITP IELTS 950 450 4.5   Conditional Requirements  A student may be granted conditional admission in the Master of Public Law in the following cases:
- If a student obtains a GPA between (2  and 2.99 out of 4), s/he will be granted a conditional admission, provided that s/he:
  • Registers for no more than (9) credit hours in the first semester of joining the program.
  • Obtains at least (3 out of 4) or its equivalent in the registered program during the first semester
