The purpose of the educational program "System Engineering" is to provide high-quality training of scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel of the highest qualification for the system of higher and postgraduate education, research and development, government agencies and industry. The implementation of the educational program is aimed at the formation of a professional personality of a specialist capable of: interpret the basic principles of modern systems engineering; conduct innovative activities in the field of system engineering based on an in-depth study of the theoretical and methodological foundations of the design and development of complex systems, as well as the use of knowledge and methodology of related scientific fields and digital technologies; to create a new conceptual knowledge, developing science, to apply a systematic approach to solving modern multi-faceted, interdisciplinary tasks; reasonably represent and defend their own scientific opinion in scientific discussions, including international ones, in the working language of a scientific event.
