ON1 compare the main trends and patterns of world historical processes and international relations and the historical development of the countries of the world and will be able to use in research and teaching ON2 to reveal the peculiarities of the socio-economic, political, cultural, geopolitical development of the regions for use in information and expert activities and to use the basic research methods for a comprehensive regional analysis ON3 analyze the relationship of internal and external factors, causes and consequences of events and phenomena in the international arena, affecting the formation of foreign policy of states, conduct discussions on historical issues for research institutes and centers of the country ON4 evaluate the main directions of the foreign policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan and foreign countries and will be able to use them in the activities of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, government departments, state authorities and representative offices of Kazakhstan abroad ON5 analyze texts in the specialty, reasonably participate in discussions on international and regional issues, using knowledge of foreign languages, demonstrate the skills of a written reasoned presentation of one’s own point of view. ON6 demonstrate knowledge of the basics of the diplomatic service, the state protocol, the theory of the introduction of negotiations and put into practice the skills of the art of the negotiation process for the implementation of professional activities in the MFA of RK, in international and public organizations. ON7 analyze regional problems in various regions of the world on the basis of the theory of security, integration and conflict, and is able to use this knowledge in the activities of diplomatic, international political, academic and departmental research organizations. ON8 present media materials in the foreign language being studied; to abstract and annotate original printed and sounding texts in a foreign language within the professional field of communication; express their point of view in the field of professional communication. ON9 analyze the neutralization of threats to international and regional information security in the modern world and will be able to use them in the activities of government departments, non-profit and public associations. ON10 analyze the patterns and trends of the historical, social, political development of the countries of the region, specialization within the framework of global historical processes and will be able to use them in the activities of business structures, non-profit and public organizations. ON11 analyze foreign policy directions and main trends in the development of the regional economy, specialization, their socio-political, military, trade, economic ties with the Republic of Kazakhstan and is able to use this knowledge in the service in domestic and foreign business structures and foreign relations bodies. ON12 master the skills of foreign policy and international political analysis, prepare and hold conferences, meetings, round tables in foreign languages in the interests of the relevant department of the relevant ministry or other government agencies and international organizations
