Upon completion of this educational program, PhD doctors are expected to be able to: 1. to demonstrate a systematic understanding in the field of technology for creating organic substances and materials of synthetic and natural origin of various functional purposes using available regional raw materials; 2. to conduct a critical analysis, evaluation and synthesis of ideas in the field of chemistry and technology for the production of organic substances and their functionalization; 3. to systematize and interpret modern scientific theories and concepts of innovative trajectories of chemical technology of organic substances and materials in order to create a technology for the production of organic substances and materials with a given structure and properties; 4. to build a research process on the topic of the thesis in the form of reasoned scientific results for discussion in scientific discussions, rating publications of international databases; 5. to organize research, project and educational and professional activities of students on undergraduate and graduate programs; 6. to present educational and research activities in the form of scientific reports, abstracts, theses of articles, doctoral dissertations, research projects in a professional environment and in an audience that does not have appropriate professional training: 7. to evaluate the validity of the methods used in scientific research in the field of chemistry and technology of organic substances; 8. to formulate scientific goals and objectives and find their solution; 9. carry out scientific experiments and correctly analyze their results; 10. to integrate interdisciplinary knowledge in the research process on the problems of chemical technology of organic substances and materials in order to describe and analyze innovative research approaches; 11. be ready for correct and tolerant interaction in society, for social interaction and cooperation for solving problematic tasks in the field of chemical technology of organic substances and materials; 12. to promote technological and social development in the interests of the formation of a society based on knowledge.
