This combined course provides students with an internationally recognised qualification in construction management and a complementary understanding of architecture and design – making it ideal for those interested in a career across the diverse opportunities within the built environment industry.  Articulation to further postgraduate study provides an accredited qualification towards professional registration as an architect.Clever sustainable design is in high demand all around the world, and today more than ever, architects need to know how to design great buildings that are also economically and environmentally viable. The design (architecture) component of this course comprises cutting edge content from the latest research and has been developed with a global perspective in mind. Students will get a chance to develop their design and communication skills, with a focus on innovation and sustainability.The construction management component is professionally accredited by industry. Students will learn about the management of small to large projects requiring broad knowledge across construction technology and processes, resource management, law, information technology, environmental management and construction economics.
