Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Nursing
The M.Sc. Nursing program of KINS, KIIT Deemed to be University aims to prepare the post-graduates with the following program educational objectives through which they will be able to:
- PEO1. Demonstrate advanced competencies as a nurse specialist by utilizing the concepts, theories and principles of nursing science.
- PEO2. Exhibit their leadership qualities and functional skills in conducting nursing research to find best possible solutions for health related problems.
- PEO3. Establish collaborative relationship with health team to plan and bring change in nursing practice and health care delivery system through continued learning for personal and professional advancement.
Eligibility
Should be a registered Nurse or Registered midwife or equivalent with any state Nursing Registration Council. Minimum educational requirement: B.Sc.Nursing / B.Sc.Hons.Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc Nursing from INC recognised institution with minimum of 55% aggregate marks. Minimum one year post qualification work experience.
