We will help you develop the skills you need to translate your research into activity that will have a positive impact on the health of the world’s most vulnerable people and communities.
We offer the following postgraduate research degrees:
• MD – minimum two years (part-time)
• MPhil – one-two years (full-time) or two-four years (part-time)
• PhD – two-four years (full-time) or four-seven years (part-time)
You can study full- or part-time in Liverpool or off-campus – giving you the flexibility to integrate your research with an existing career or work in the field. You can apply at any time, and we offer three intakes a year, in February, August and October.
We offer supervision in the following research areas:
• Clinical Sciences
• International Public Health
• Malaria and other Vector-Borne Diseases
• Maternal, Newborn and Child Health
• Neglected Tropical Diseases
• Snakebite and Venom
• Tropical Disease Biology
