The subject matter of the consecutive master's program Statistics and Data Science is advanced methods for collecting data correctly, extracting reliable information from data, and drawing scientifically sound conclusions. In other master's degree programs, the requirements can be met with different academic degrees, because they require certain fundamentals that are not restricted to a single subject area. Weiterbildende Master (career-integrated master's degree programs) also require relevant professional experience. Students in these programs are usually required to pay additional tuition fees.
