Founded in 1939, LUMSA is the second oldest university in Rome and it is located in the heart of the city. Inspired by Catholic values, LUMSA is a public non-state university, committed to the education of young people and professionals. It offers academic excellence tailored to the needs of the individual student. We seek not only to prepare our 6.000 students form Italy and 53 other countries for success in their careers, but also to inspire, support and help them become who they are.
