Executive Master of Business Administration
The goal of the program of the Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) is to provide domestic entrepreneurs and senior managers to further systematically learn the knowledge needed for modern business operations, help them sort out their unsystematic knowledge which they have got through experience, in this program we also try to reshape their business thinking and expand their international perspective. Therefore, in the curriculum setting, particular attention is paid to the selection and configuration of core basic theory and core professional courses, accounting for half of the credits of the EMBA program.
In the module of innovation and cutting-edge topics, the courses mainly focus on the impact of the financial operation knowledge and business models required for corporate transformation in the context of mobile Internet and AI. In addition, based on the developed Macao service industry, it will provide a series of courses which are service management oriented. We hope these courses are offered to interested students. This module is different from the core curriculum. The courses of this module are of half credits as the core courses. Secondly, the courses are elective courses. Students can choose courses that are helpful to them according to their needs.
The teaching plan also includes an interactive module, personal improvement and leadership development. The main feature of this module is the in-depth participation of students. Teaching methods are quite different from the above courses.
In the module we provide chances for international study tours and visits to famous companies. We also provide topics on Chinese studies or interdisciplinary lectures. We hope this module may help students broaden their minds, and expand their thinking.
After all courses are completed, students need to submit project reports and they must be approved by relevant professional teachers.
