In addition to preparing students for careers in secondary school teaching, it provides a firm foundation for careers in business, law, journalism, publishing, government, library science, museum work, and other fields. All history majors and minors are encouraged to study a foreign language. Admission Requirements

Applicants must meet one of the following requirements: Minimum cumulative high school GPA of 2.6; Rank in the top 60 percent of high school class. Other English Language Requirements: They need to score 525 or above on TOEFL PBT and 41 or above on PTE.
