Ohio State's online Master in Plant Health Management degree was developed to meet growing workforce demand in food production and environmental quality, as the importance of plant health is becoming increasingly apparent. The online format of this program is well suited for working professionals and non-traditional students. MPHM students connect to leading experts in plant health management and obtain new skills for career advancement. One required course, Plant Disease Diagnosis, is a hands-on field and laboratory class that is taken in person. This class is offered in the summer as an intensive, 2-week course in Columbus (even-numbered years) and Wooster (odd-numbered years).  This course is typically taken after at least one year in the program. Part-Time option is available.

The equivalent of a four-year bachelor's or advanced degree from an accredited college or university, earned by the expected date of entry into your graduate program. GRE General Test is only required if applying for fellowship or if cumulative undergraduate GPA is below 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
