Master of Public Administration and Leadership

The online Master of Public Administration and Leadership (MPAL) offers a curriculum that meets the flexibility needs of mid-career professionals while equipping students with the tools to effectively address management challenges in the workplace. Upon completing the MPAL–which can be done in two years while continuing to work full-time–students will be prepared for leadership roles at local, state, and national levels. Students who will benefit from the MPAL program will likely have the following attributes: a desire to solve management challenges in the workplace and the ability to excel in an online learning environment.
