The Bachelor of Arts in Law at PMU develops 138 credit hours. Based on and comparable to leading local, regional and international law programs, the proposed program is designed to be completed in four years. The classroom experience for students in the College of Law is highly student-centered, interactive, and communicative. Graduates from the College of Law are self-directed, motivated, technically competent professionals with strong communication skills. They are prepared to embark on a professional legal career as licensed advocates or in-house consultants. The Bachelor of Arts in Law accepts successful male and female students from the PMU Preparation Year Program as well as through direct entry to the program if the candidate has passed the IELTS with a total score of 6 or higher and with no score less than 5.5. The Law degree program has two components: General education courses from the PMU Core Curriculum representing approximately 30% of the program and Law courses in English and Arabic representing about 70% of the program.

Applicants who have completed their secondary school and seek direct entry to the undergraduate program, and wish to bypass the Preparatory Program, can apply to PMU for freshman admissions. However, they have to provide a PMU recognized proficiency English language test certificate with acceptable scores. After receiving and reviewing the requirements, the admissions office will set an appointment for an interview and the final decision will be communicated through the Admissions Office.
