Master of Arts in Liberal Studies

Over the course of the online MA in Liberal Studies program, you’ll develop critical thinking, analytical, and communications skills that will benefit your career going forward. You’ll have the option of pursuing concentrations in four areas – Philosophy and Religion, World History and Politics, American Studies, and Creative Arts and Literature – or pursuing a general liberal studies program. At the end of the program, you will demonstrate your critical, analytic, and research skills in an individually designed Capstone Project related to your interests. Earning a Master’s degree can help you advance your career, command a higher salary, or explore new career paths. Many students who complete this program go on to continue their studies at the doctoral level.
