At its 39th ordinary session in November 2005, the Assembly of Catholic Patriarchs and Bishops in Lebanon (APECL) prioritized the recruitment of professionals with the professional skills and training required in various pastoral areas. Indeed, many pastoral tasks require a skill profile focused on leading and managing projects and teams with specific missions. By creating this Master's in Pastoral Management, the ISSR hopes to provide an academic response to this ecclesial desire.

The Lebanese baccalaureate or its equivalent
A Bachelor's degree: in theology, religious studies or another discipline (with training in theology equivalent to 100 ECTS credits and pastoral experience)
Registrations will be accepted from June until September 15, upon presentation of your application to the director of the ISSR.
It is preferable that the candidate present himself, supported by a provisional definition of the pastoral framework in which his ecclesiastical superior foresees his mission. This could be formulated by a personal cover letter, agreed upon and endorsed by the aforementioned person in charge.
