The Human Resource Management programme aims to equip students with essential knowledge and skills in human resource management to meet job requirements, support career advancement, and promote professional development in a dynamic organizational environment. Students will be prepared in key Human Resource Management functions such as Recruitment and Selection, Compensation and Benefits, Training and Development, Malaysian Industrial Relations, and Occupational Safety and Health. Malaysian Students:
STPM with minimum grade C (CGPA 2.00) in two subjects, pass Mathematics and English at SPM level; or other equal qualifications; or
Pass STAM with minimum grade Jayyid and pass Mathematics and English at SPM level; or
Equal qualifications to Diploma, Advance Diploma (Level 4 or 5, MQF); or
Pass Foundation/Matriculation with minimum CGPA 2.00 out of 4.00 or other equal qualifications
International Students
Minimum score of 5.5 in International English Language Testing System (IELTS) or equivalent.
Other qualifications that are recognized by Malaysian government.
