General objective:
Train human resources of the highest quality in research and teaching with knowledge, skills and values in the field of Administration and Senior Management, capable of generating innovative knowledge that allows the design, implementation and evaluation of organizational change projects in accordance with the principles of sustainable development in the social, economic and educational spheres.
Addressed to:
Master's degree graduates, with a professional license, in the area of economic-administrative sciences or other programs in the areas of social sciences and engineering. With knowledge of the English language and ICT skills.

The graduate has the ability to identify problems in organizations, at different levels of Administration and Senior Management, as well as to diagnose the processes that determine them to propose alternative solutions within the framework of sustainable development and social responsibility. In addition, it designs, implements and evaluates innovative projects in organizations in order to improve their competitiveness both individually and in their interaction with other economic, political and social actors.
On the other hand, it can carry out and direct high-quality research in the field of Administration and Senior Management for the improvement of organizational performance in its interaction with academic institutions of education, especially of higher level; with government, private sector and social sector institutions.
