Currently, public institutions are in a stage of adaptation to respond more quickly to the demands of citizens, who are integrated into the information society and the knowledge age. This adaptation process requires leaders capable of assuming challenges and generating challenges in the important role of the State as regulator and subsidiary in aspects where the market does not contribute to the growth and development of the country. In this sense, the Master's in Public Management supposes a consolidation of results-oriented management; as a transit to the challenges proposed by the closeness with the citizen, the fulfillment of the Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations (SDG) and the full incorporation of Peru into the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD). Likewise, we privilege learning over the mere transmission of knowledge through the direct application of the management tools required by administrative systems, the development of research aimed at improving the performance of organizations, generating good practices that are systematically replicated in the administration transforming students into authentic generators of change.
