Through  Bachelor of Geology, we train professionals to generate knowledge through the investigation of useful mineral resources, construction materials and groundwater. We carry out the analysis of the engineering properties of the materials from the geological environment applied to civil works for the benefit of society. We use teaching methodologies that prioritize practical activities, the degree seeks to solve the problems of Zone 7 and the rest of the country, based on the disciplinary nuclei of the exploration of non-renewable natural resources and geotechnical characterization. You will have the knowledge and skills to identify the properties of different materials and geological processes in the local and regional environment using geological, geophysical and geochemical methods.
