The Doctoral Program in Information Systems is designed to address the challenges of the 4.0 industrial revolution and global digital transformation through research based on Business Intelligence and Data Analytics, integrated with the principles of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and based on the Indonesian National Qualifications Framework (KKNI) Level 9. The UNIKOM Doctoral Program in Information Systems has also received Good Accreditation from LAM INFOKOM No. 142/SK/LAM-INFOKOM/Ak.Min/D/X/2025 and the Ministerial Decree on the Opening of the Doctoral Program in Information Systems No. 597/B/O/2025.
This program has four main research focuses, namely Information System Security and Privacy Management, E-Government and E-Governance, Digital Economy and Supply Chain, and Industrial Information Systems. These four fields are developed synergistically to produce strategic solutions in management, decision-making, and sustainable digital innovation. As a KKNI Level 9 program, graduates are required to have the highest conceptual abilities in building and developing new theories in the field of information systems and to be able to become leaders of digital transformation who are integrity, adaptive, and visionary. Hopefully, the UNIKOM Doctoral Program in Information Systems will continue to make a real contribution to the development of science, national progress, and global sustainability.
