Nurture brilliance

The world is hungry for innovation, and talent abounds in tech, science and engineering research. We need savvy leaders with cross-realm expertise to get inventions out of the lab and into the marketplace. Take the lead—at Australia’s #1 university for entrepreneurship education*.

What will you do?

Our Master of Technology, Innovation and Leadership is uniquely tech-commerce-focused, with practical activities integrating high-level business theory. You will:

  • explore future-oriented innovation concepts
  • develop expert negotiation and communication skills
  • investigate how emerging technologies can meet industry needs
  • understand how to finance, market and manage new ventures or opportunities
  • pursue electives aligned to your interests and career goals in the technology track
  • critically assess your personal strengths and sharpen your professional edge
  • improve your data analytics and research competence
  • build awareness of social, ethical, cultural and environmental issues in your field.

Where could it take you?

You could sell cybercrime prevention programs, endorse AI-generated music, or kickstart an Australian biofuel boom. You might convince investors to embrace previously unheard-of prosthetics. Perhaps you’ll seed a dedicated deep-tech facility, offering workspaces and commercialisation services to young entrepreneurs.

Note that this program is taught in Trimesters but only has intakes in January and September.
