This MSc prepares you for careers in multinational organisations, helping you develop the professional and transferable skills employers value. By applying the latest theory to real-world business issues, you'll graduate ready for a career in international management.
You can tailor the course to your interests and career ambitions by selecting four optional units. Topics available include entrepreneurship and innovation, global marketing, financial management in global markets, governance for sustainability, managing strategic partnerships, operations strategy, project management and supply chain management.
In the summer, you can choose to complete either:
- a dissertation,
- a practice track, working with one of our partner organisations to solve a real business challenge, or
- a summer internship.
Internship places are competitive and are not guaranteed.
Employability and careers:
Among graduates from the class of 2024, 97% were employed six months after completing their degree, and 49% were employed in the UK. Recent recruiters include IMMAST, Arctic Bee, Deloitte and Guidepoint. Graduates go on to careers in marketing and sales, finance, general management, consulting and supply chain management across a wide range of sectors.
You'll have opportunities to apply what you learn and develop professional skills throughout the course. You'll work with partner organisations on optional projects from day one, helping you gain practical experience and build the skills needed to succeed in international business environments.

Admission Requirements
2:2 to 2:1 or above (or its international equivalent) undergraduate degree depending on the institution attended. Your degree can be in any discipline but it must include a significant level of business or management content.
If you are a UK student and completed your undergraduate degree abroad, your qualification must be at least equivalent to a 2:2 to 2:1 or above depending on the institution attended.
Work experience: In exceptional cases, relevant work experience may be a substitute for the degree requirement. You should have no more than three years’ relevant work experience.
