The doctoral school provides high quality education in scientific research. Doctoral candidates are welcome to join the following programs: Mathematical analysis, functional equations, Group algebras and its applications, Differential Geometry, Diophantine and constructive number theory, Probability theory, statistics and applied mathematics, Operational research, and numerical mathematics, Knowledge management and its applications. The University conducts its programs according to the European Qualifications Framework of the Bologna Process. Thus diplomas attained at the University of Debrecen are generally accepted in the countries of the European Union. Moreover, all our programs are accredited by the Hungarian Accreditation Board which is part of the European Accreditation Board.
