The program is aimed at training specialists who are proficient in modern technologies for studying and modeling physical phenomena, who are engaged in the creation and implementation of new devices and functional materials for various purposes in the fields of applied physics through the application of achievements in fundamental sciences.
ОN1 systematize and independently classify scientific literature using modern educational and information technologies; ОN2 use the fundamental laws of the main professional disciplines of the chosen profile in professional activity; ОN3 Possess the skills of programming and modeling physical processes, apply and develop new methods for experimental studies of the structure and properties of condensed matter; ОN4 To build mathematical models for analyzing the properties of research objects and choosing a numerical method for their modeling, to choose ready-made or to develop new algorithms for solving; ОN5 Develop separate blocks of programs, their debugging and tuning for solving specific problems of technical physics, including typical problems of designing, researching and controlling the physical properties of materials and media; ОN6 perform mathematical (computer) modeling for the purpose of analyzing and optimizing the parameters of research objects on the basis of available tools, including standard packages of computer-aided design and research; ОN7 use the computational experiment as a means of implementing mathematical modeling, as well as implement the practical use of research results; ОN8 to work at enterprises engaged in the production of high-tech products that require the use of plasma and radiation technologies, engage in scientific work in the fields of physics related to the effects of plasma and charged particle beams on matter; ОN9 use the rules of safety engineering, industrial sanitation, fire safety and labor protection standards; ОN10 Develop functional and structural diagrams of elements and assemblies of experimental and industrial installations, product designs taking into account technological and economic parameters; ОN11 to adjust, adjust and test an individual type of instruments and systems in the laboratory and in the facilities; ОN12 to conduct theoretical and experimental studies on the analysis of the characteristics of specific physical and technical objects in order to optimize the regimes of the corresponding stages of technological processes.
