Master in Public Administration (MPA) is a graduate program designed to equip students with administrative and management concepts and theories useful in formulating solutions to problems associated with public and nonprofit administration. It also aims to enhance students’ research capability in the areas of public administration, policy formulation and analysis, development management, budgeting and financial resource management, human resource development and contemporary issues in public affairs management. A foreign applicant who has completed a bachelor’s degree may be admitted to the Master’s program, while an applicant who has completed a Master’s degree may be admitted to the doctorate program, provided that (1) the academic requirements for the graduate degree being applied for were met and (2) passed the University’s English Proficiency Test.
