The Doctor of Public Administration (DPA) is a program designed to achieve distinction in public affairs, policy, administration, education and research. It provides an appreciation for the broad range of issues economic, institutional, normative and political that surrounds contemporary public affairs, policy and administration. It equips students with the research skills that are needed to conduct original investigations and analyses of public affairs, policy and administration. It aims to produce graduates who are ready to serve as ethical, accountable and critical leaders in the public sector and in academic institutes.

A foreign applicant who has completed a bachelor’s degree may be admitted to the Master’s program, while an applicant who has completed a Master’s degree may be admitted to the doctorate program, provided that (1) the academic requirements for the graduate degree being applied for were met and (2) passed the University’s English Proficiency Test.
