The Department of Chemical Engineering offers a full-time MS program in Process Engineering, designed to equip students with advanced knowledge and skills in the analysis, design, operation, and control of complex process systems. The curriculum aligns with the evolving needs of the modern chemical engineering profession and leverages the expertise of our experienced faculty.
Launched in 2002, the MS Process Engineering program has successfully graduated over 400 engineers who have gone on to excel in industry, research and development, and academia. The program prepares students not only to design, optimize, and manage industrial processes, but also to take on leadership roles and adapt to dynamic professional environments.
Students can choose from a wide range of core and elective courses that reflect the breadth and modernity of the discipline. In the final year, all students undertake a research-based thesis project spanning two semesters, allowing them to apply their knowledge to real-world engineering challenges.
