Adelaide University’s Bachelor of Laws (Honours), Bachelor of Economics will guide you through the legal systems that govern us and the economies we live within – and equip you with the practical and analytical skills to work effectively within both. Develop a strong foundation in how the law works across the eleven key areas of Australia’s legal system, as well as how they apply into different real-world contexts.

Meanwhile, your economics studies will prepare you to tackle complex problems impacting government policy through to individual households. Study concepts like microeconomics, macroeconomics and econometrics, and develop the critical analysis skills and reasoning to influence policies and drive data-driven solutions.

Both degrees include hands-on learning, including over 100 hours of professional development in a real industry setting or project.

You’ll graduate empowered to work as an ethical, informed legal professional and advocate*.

*To be admitted to legal practice, you will also need to fulfil the practical requirements for admission, which includes the completion of the Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice.
