The Department of Languages in the Faculty of Arts and Sciences offers a Bachelor's degree program in Chinese-English, comprising 132 credit hours. The program covers the knowledge areas accredited by the Accreditation and Quality Assurance Commission for Higher Education Institutions.The study plan encompasses the program's requirements, including 24 credit hours of university requirements, 21 credit hours of college requirements, and 87 credit hours dedicated to the Chinese-English major, distributed as follows:


- 54 credit hours for the Chinese language

- 33 credit hours for the English language


The courses cover the grammar of both languages, including morphology, syntax, and linguistic structures, as well as reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills, which are taught in the department’s specialized laboratories equipped with state-of-the-art language learning and translation technologies. The program also covers both theoretical foundations and practical applications and offers various teaching methods integrating face-to-face, blended, and e-learning modalities.
