Almaarefa University

Almaarefa University (UM)   is a globally recognized educational institution that values its strong local connections, which have been established since its inception. In the academic year 2009-2010, the College of Almaarefa for Science and Technology was established with its headquarters in the governorate of Diriyah due to its historical importance and relevance. In the beginning of the 2014-2015 academic year, it transformed into the Colleges of Almaarefa for Science and Technology. After being established as a unified academic institution, the esteemed Council of Ministers made the decision in 1439, corresponding to 2018, to convert it into a privately owned university known as Almaarefa University.

Since its inception, the university has consistently delivered exceptional education across a wide range of disciplines. The university's academic programs have been meticulously developed based on a strategic framework that aligns with the latest advancements in educational and research methodologies, and their impact on society. Therefore, the institution has achieved both local and international academic accreditations, acquired a strong presence in global rankings, and gained academic excellence, leading to social enrichment that reaches beyond local boundaries to the global arena.
