1. A Certified True Copy of SF9 in Grade 11. 2. 2x2 ID Picture with a name tag and white background. 3. A Certified True Copy of Proof of Residency 4. Grade Requirements: The required General Weighted Average (GWA) for Non-Board programs is 85% or better in Grade 11. - The minimum grade requirement for each Grade 11 subject is 85%. - For programs with Board/Licensure Examinations, an applicant must obtain a General Weighted Average (GWA) of 87% or better in Grade 11. - For Nursing, Psychology, & Medical Technology programs the minimum grade is 87% in Science subjects. - For the Secondary Education program, the minimum grade is 87% in their Major (i.e. Math in BSED Match, English in BSED English, and so on).
There is an entrance exam for the aspiring BulSU Students.
The BSED program is a four-year (4) course under the College of Education Department of BulSU Meneses Campus.
